Vintage, Preloved, Sample Sale Merchandise Returns & Exchanges
All vintage, preloved, and sample sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. We do not except returns or offer refunds on vintage, preloved, and sample sale merchandise.
All vintage, preloved, and samples sale merchandise are sold as is, and could be with unfinished characteristics and features. Vintage and preloved merchandise can be of decades in age and will exhibit wear in one form or another. While we do our best in product description and product imagery; however, due to the secondhand nature of vintage products, some customers might have their own threshold and own preferences. If you require further details or have any questions, please contact us to ensure the vintage or preloved products suits your personal taste and preferences.

Regular Merchandise Returns & Exchanges
An8th stand behind our goods and services and wants you, our customers to be happy with them. We will always do our utmost to take care of our customers reasonably and fairly. If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an8th.com store credit or a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. All items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered), with tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of any damage, usage, and postal labels, or stain. An8th handles returns on a case-by-case basis with our ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
Simply complete the return/exchange form and ship the merchandise back to us via the Mail with the following:
- Package item(s) at home
- Prepaid label(s) provided
- Send via FedEx or UPS
All domestic orders ship with a FREE prepaid return mailing label(s). To ship an item back to An8th please:
- Pack your item(s) and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package
- If you are including items from multiple orders, please write down the order numbers associated with each on a sheet of paper and include them in the package
- Mail your package using one of the following method(s): (A) Drop off and scanned your package at a trusted FedEx/UPS location (B) Alternatively, you can leave the package with a trusted FedEx/UPS pick-up driver/location.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the merchandise(s) and in the original form of payment:
- All merchandise must be returned with the original purchase date receipt.
- The merchandise must be in the original condition – UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNALTERED, or UNWASHED plus with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels.
- Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged show box, or without the original shoe box.
- Refund will be issued only after the return merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control member for original salable condition.
- Please allow up to one (1) to two (2) billing cycles for any credit to appear on your statement.
- All returns will incur a minimal $10 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL on merchandise with marked-down of 25% or more.
An8th do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage to any exchange or returned goods.
An8th will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
Due to the increased volume and the impact of post COVID-19 health practices, our customer service is experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of customer inquiries and respond time might be longer than usual.
Return On Sale Merchandise
Sales merchandise is eligible for EXCHANGE or AN8TH.COM CREDIT ONLY.
There is no set time frame for returns. However, for courtesy and respect to fellow customers' high demand on Sale Merchandise, we prefer Sales Merchandise to be returned within 30 days of order date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale merchandise (detailed above).
We do not hold merchandise for exchange.
Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 business days of receipt of your package.
Not returnable merchandise at any time: lingerie, swimwear, beauty, fragrances, antique jewelry, vintage, preloved, and sample sale products, pierced earrings, women’s evening wear, and any merchandise marked FINAL SALE.
Exchange On Non-Sale Merchandise
There is a 30 days calendar days of receipt for an8th.com store credit or a refund to your original form of payment for non-sale merchandise. If you require a different size or different color – we would be happy to exchange the merchandise in its original condition for you.
Simply complete this return/exchange form and ship the merchandise back to us, plus shipping costs.
All merchandise must be in its original condition – UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNALTERED or UNWASHED with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
Exchange will be issued after the return merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control member for original salable condition.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Upon exchange completion, you will receive an email with new merchandise shipment information.
